Friends and former colleagues of the late Toronto Sun city hall columnist Ted Welch are invited to his wake on April 8.
Marj Welch will be in town to share memories of her husband of 33 years, a bear of a man affectionately called Sasquatch.
Ted died from liver cancer on Jan. 20 in Victoria, B.C., where he and Marj settled more than a decade ago. He was 61.
