CalSun's joke

Updated re Edmonton and others
Calgary's AM770 did a roundup of April Fool's jokes in the city and says:

"The Calgary Sun had fun with a story suggesting a DNA database could track unscooped dog doo. The story adds dog owners would be required to provide a sample of their dog's droppings when applying for their annual license."

The Edmonton Sun went with the same story.

Montreal's fagstein.com went with a dandy: Gazette sold to Sun Media.

The Canadian Journalism Project went with: Sun acquires Globe

Any April Fool's levity in other Sun Media newspapers?

Let us know.

  1. Here's a great April Fool's Joke: Copy editing to be farmed out to India. Oh oh, wait a minute, that's a true story. Sorry.
