The London Free Press has lost 13 employees, including two in the newsroom, only days after learning its Sunday paper is being axed.
The London Free Press has lost 13 employees, including two in the newsroom, only days after learning its Sunday paper is being axed.
The editorial losses are:
Derek Ruttan, a photographer at the paper since 1998; (His job has been saved with a buyout for photographer Ken Wightman.)
Bill Scriven, copy editor. He moved to London in June from the Woodstock Sentinel-Review, where he was managing editor.
The remaining 11 employees and their positions to come.
